I am a Colorado Wedding Photographer who has been in Business for 12+ years. I have photographed over
500 weddings and countless engagement sessions all over Colorado, the US and even in a few other countries.
With all of that experience comes a very refined and specific set of values that create my photography style, my business style and my personal lifestyle.
I am constantly in awe of what God has created.
I am one of the few, true born and raised Coloradoans, fortunate enough to have lived at the foot of Pikes Peak for most of my life with countless trips up to hike and camp and just enjoy the incredible beauty of Colorado's mountains. I've also been blessed to be able to travel around the world and see the beauty in so many other places too. BUT the awe of God's creation goes beyond mountaintops and the incredible sunrises.
I am in awe of people too.
I love seeing the love and emotion and uniqueness of my clients. I love being a part of such a wonderful day and preserving those moments for them to share with their kids and grandkids. I love that no two couples are alike and making sure that their wedding photos reflect who they are, the things and people that they love and obviously making it all come together beautifully.
That awe translates into a unique style of photography. It requires a more adventurous style from you and from me in order for me to capture it completely. No, I don't mean that you have to hike 14ers or snowshoe or shop at REI. Honestly, that's not the stuff that makes you adventurous.
I don't mean WHAT YOU DO. I mean HOW YOU DO IT.
It isn't a specific activity or style.
It's an attitude. It's the way you approach life.
Adventure is the way your heart is
just set on fire for the things and people you love.
So my adventurous style of photography is simply an elevated way of capturing TRUE, GENUINE moments and laughs and love out of your own personal JOY. It has to be more than just posing in a pretty spot... that will never feel like you. That will never convey the joy of your heart during this time in your life.
And isn’t that the goal? To capture you in this stage and season of your life? To remind yourselves of the past chapters of adventure and help you plan for the future ones? To remind yourselves how much you love each other when your season is tough? To show your kids and grandkids what they should look for in their futures? These photos last forever. It’s not something to just “get over with”.... it’s a moment in your life that will forever be preserved. Do it right. Make sure your adventure story is told.

I've been married to my wonderful husband for 10+ years! Together for 14 years. He is also a small business owner and at times you may see him working with me, especially on winter weddings.
We enjoy traveling together, being awesome business teammates and working on our beautiful garden and yard.

6+ years ago. Full of spirit, energy and self confidence. We enjoy traveling the world with him. He has visited over 30 countries on 3 continents so far. You can usually find us in the backyard, playing hockey or baseball, on an airplane or in my office where he usually plays legos, fighter jets or outer space while I edit.

I've photographed well over 300 weddings and over 1000 portrait sessions. About 4 years into business, I was hired by my first Major League Baseball client and over the last 6+ years I have photographed over 20 MLB Weddings and Sessions. I have a true passion for loving and serving others. It is a God given quality and I love letting it shine through my work to glorify my creator.
I also am constantly amazed by the world around me. This sense of wonder isn't going anywhere. I have lived in Colorado almost my entire life and still every time I go over one of the passes. I am greatly fueled by the places and people around me and I hope you can see it in my work.

If you don’t read my whole review just know this, Callie is AMAZING!
She’s the reason our wedding was able to happen, and I do not say that lightly!
We couldn’t have asked for better photos, she captured the moment so perfectly!! Every time I look at our pictures I can feel the emotions and how special each moment was! She knows what she is doing and is worth every penny!! Not only did our wedding pictures come out stunning but Callie is one of the most sweet and caring people I have ever met! She was really flexible on date changes and possible venue changes.
I encourage you to read what I’m about to post because it will give you a great idea of how wonderful she is and how she is so much more than just our photographer. I’m one of many covid brides which was a nightmare in itself but the hurdles that came with it were extra stressful! We were originally supposed to get married in July 2020 but come May we made the decision to postpone to September 2020.
About six weeks before the wedding, we ALMOST postponed to 2021 mainly because our wedding planner was telling me if they saw anything they didn’t like or people breaking the “rules”, I.E people not social distancing or not wearing masks, that they may walk out on us, ON OUR WEDDING DAY. We were told that most of our current vendors at the time would do the same.. even though our wedding was almost entirely outdoors. (PS Callie was NOT one of these vendors)They were not really willing to budge much on anything. As a bride you can imagine that was a nightmare knowing I had a wedding team who could potentially ruin our entire day. Ironically, Callie had reached out to me right after I was told all of this and she came to the rescue. When I spoke to Callie about it she asked how she could help, and we went over options together and after everything said and done she was able to help me gather an entirely new team, 6 weeks out from the wedding, who understood our wants and needs to for the wedding, while still being able to do things responsibly and in a safe way! I told her what type of vendors I needed and she gave the best contacts! I was able to cut ties with several of my original vendors and get all new ones! I ended up with the most amazing wedding team and it was all thanks to Callie.
So when I say she is the reason we were able to get married and have the wedding for our dreams, I mean it. I will forever be grateful for all the hard work she put in for us. She is SO much more than a photographer, she goes above and beyond for her clients in ways she would never be expected to! Obviously, I cannot say enough great things about her!

Callie is beyond incredible! There could not be a more perfect photographer for Colorado couples. When I found her work years ago, I knew one day I would have to hire her for my wedding -- the pictures that drew me to her were an engagement shoot of a couple camping and I loved that the pictures not only highlighted an engagement, but also showcased what the couple really loved to do. My husband and I spend almost all of our free time dirt biking, that's even how we met! We are not the type of couple to pose for fancy photos, and Callie ran with the roots of who we are to take the most EPIC photos ever for our engagement and wedding. She even had us ride a dirt bike in our wedding clothes (seriously, coolest photos ever). On top of taking the best photos EVER, Callie also takes care of you. Throughout our planning process, she was quick to respond to e-mails or even text messages even if they were not photo related (she was the one to help me review my timeline and provide reassurance around COVID). On my wedding day, Callie was on the ground using dryer sheets to get the static out of my dress, she helped my mom bustle my dress, and she checked on me throughout the night to make sure I was ok. She started as a hire photographer and quickly is now a lifelong friend. Seriously, look no further and hire Callie -- I promise, you will love her and her work as much as I (and all of her other clients do). You won't regret it!

Callie has an intimate knowledge of Colorado and the most beautiful and pristine locations our gorgeous state has to offer.
This is honestly SO valuable! She will provide recommendations, feedback/examples from past locations, and help you pick the perfect spot for your photos. She also will make you and your fiancé/spouse feel so comfortable and beautiful – we honestly had a BLAST during our sessions with Callie and still talk about how much fun we had. When you look at Instagram, you see the VERY best of what a photographer has to offer.
When you look at other websites, you may see 5-10 of their favorite images.
I mean, some of those aren't even real weddings - they might be from a styled shoot or workshop
But what about the rest of the wedding day?
Did they get those moments?
Or are they just creative and good at posing?
Did they just stage everything?
