Terrance + Britney Gore - Panama City Beach Wedding - Florida Wedding Photographer

mexico wedding photographer

Originally, Britney and I came together on Instagram. She started following my wedding photography and I loved seeing her adorable son Zane (the same age as my son) and her adventures as a Baseball WAG. For those who don't know, WAGS are wives and girlfriends of professional athletes. Britney was engaged to Terrance Gore, who had just got his first World Series Ring with the Kansas City Royals. We continued to connect and soon enough, we were finalizing our plans to fly down to Panama City Beach, Florida where Terrance and Britney spend their off season, for their wedding at the Sheraton Bay Point Resort in January. The morning of the wedding, we arrived at the resort and made our way upstairs to finally meet Terrance and Britney. Often times when we photograph a destination wedding (or a wedding that is a destination wedding for us), we aren't able to meet the Bride and Groom until the actual wedding. This is never a big deal and we settle right into our jobs for the day. We spent time photographing the gorgeous details Britney had picked, the guys lighting up their celebratory cigars on the balcony and finally Britney slipping on her wedding gown to walk down the aisle. The ceremony was perfect, the light was so brilliant in the late afternoon and the quiet bay was the perfect backdrop for their seaside ceremony. It was the perfect resort wedding! Immediately following the ceremony, we walked out on the docks. The sunset that night was seriously phenomenal. And that is coming from a Colorado Wedding Photographer. (Colorado is the land of incredible sunsets if you didn't know!) The reception was amazing, the Sheraton Bay Point Resort had an incredible staff and the food was delicious! Britney switched into a shorter length dress for the reception and Terrance, Britney and their guests danced the rest of the night away!
