I am a Colorado Wedding Photographer who has been in Business for 10 years.

I have photographed somewhere around 250 weddings and countless engagement sessions.

Over the years, I have discovered who I am as a photographer.

I am an adventurer.

Yes, I am aware that the term 'adventure photography' is becoming a bit overused in the industry, especially as a Colorado Wedding Photographer who also loves photographing Destination Weddings across the world.

Adventure Photography is different for me.

Being a Colorado Adventure Photographer doesn't mean that I only photograph hiking elopements.

In fact, I photograph all kinds of weddings, all over the world.

Adventure isn't a specific activity or style.

It's an attitude.
It's the way you approach life.
I don't care how you get married, but I do care that you are invested and passionate. I need YOU to be willing to let loose & be vulnerable enough to show me all that joy and adventure in your hearts.

Now, introverts... don't be turned off by that last statement because adventure photography is the

best thing you can do to be photographed in a genuine way.

Adventure Photography is simply an elevated way of capturing TRUE, GENUINE moments because you are doing something that actually brings you JOY.

When you couple what a person loves with who they love, it brings out the most epic joy.

When you look at Instagram, you see the VERY best of what a photographer has to offer.

When you look at other websites, you may see 5-10 of their favorite images.
I mean, some of those aren't even real weddings - they might be from a styled shoot or workshop

But what about the rest of the wedding day?

Did they get those moments? Or are they just creative and good at posing? Did they just stage everything?

Not here guys. Not with me. That's the reason I have so many (too many) photos in my main slideshow.

My photography is more than just a couple of 'curated' good images.

All these weddings are REAL CLIENTS. No workshops or styled shoots here.

I started this crazy journey as a Colorado Wedding Photographer at the age of 18. About 4 years into business, I was hired by my first Major League Baseball client and over the last 6+ years I have photographed over 20 MLB Weddings and Sessions. I've now had work published all over the world in Italian Wedding Blogs, UK Blogs and some of the biggest names in the American Wedding Industry with The Knot, Looks Like Film, The Huff Post, Destination I DO, Society Bride, Rocky Mountain Bride, Pop Sugar Weddings and Bridal Guide. I also have been awarded the Wedding Wire Couples' Choice Award, 45th place (of 37,145 images) in the Shoot and Share Engagement Category, and the Knot's Best of Weddings so many times we are now in the Knot's Best of Weddings Hall of Fame.

Jesus is my whole reason for everything. His light really shines in every area of my life and gives me this passion for people and beautiful places.

I AM A COLORADO NATIVE!
I've been married to my husband for 9 YEARS this year!
I am a boy mom of my crazy little boy..
Which means I am also a hockey and baseball mom.
If I'm not photographing or editing a session or wedding, I am usually at the ice rink, t-ball practice, in my garden,

shopping for plane tickets, on an airplane, or getting lost somewhere amazing. Yes, our son ALWAYS goes with us. He has now been to 29 different countries and 17 states in 4 years. I love guac and I don't care if it's extra.
I grew up a tomboy. I've surfed more than I've skied.

We were lucky enough to hire Callie for our engagement session and DC wedding (...okay Arlington wedding...). Personally, I was a bit nervous our Catholic wedding in a concrete jungle wouldn't be as adventurous compared to some of Callie's portfolio. Callie travels the world as a wedding photographer and is known for the breathtaking backdrops and glamorous wedding shots. Ours needed a bit of creativity to find something other than sidewalks full of tourists (which she’ll just edit out, cause she’s that good..). Ahead of our engagement sessions Callie (not from the DC area) found and suggested a beautiful location for our session. During our first session together, she made us feel comfortable and relaxed and showed us exactly how to pose. Going into our wedding day, we were basically pros (highly recommend an engagement session if you can!) Heading into our wedding, Callie was responsive, flexible (beyond words…keep reading) and easy going. She knew exactly what she was doing, provided her advice, and encouraged us get the photos WE wanted. Callie’s photos speak for themselves, but what a photo won’t tell you about Callie is that she truly cares about capturing her clients’ special day. When Callie’s flight was canceled due to weather in the Midwest, Callie packed a car and drove the 1,600 miles way to make it in time for our day (bless her heart for not telling me until she made it!!!!!!!). Day of, Callie ran the [photo] show and made things so stress-free for us. We were concerned about how much time we had to take photos before the reception, Callie assured me we’d get the shots even if we only had 10 mins…and that she did!! I literally could not imagine working with anyone else. Her prices are extremely competitive, especially for the area I live in and her work is incomparable. She’ll work around your vision and you will not be disappointed in the photos you get!

I can't speak highly enough of Callie and the work she does. Not only is she extremely talented in what she does, the passion she has for her line of work is truly amazing. Callie met my fiance and I at 5:00 in the morning to do a sunrise paddle board shoot in the mountains.
