Okay, so I have probably 100 weddings to blog at this point... but there's no time like the present! I am truly going to try and get back to sharing weddings and sessions this way.
This wedding was SUCH a dream!
I have done so many Christmas weddings over the years,
but I think this one was just different.
I think Nick and Emily's vision for the day was executed phenomenally by Kelly Lamb Events. It truly was one of the best events I've EVER done and I can really say a lot of that was because of Kelly's hard work and dedication to her clients.
It truly was a flawless day, but she did all of the extra things to make sure it was more than just what was promised and this couple certainly was one of the most deserving, wonderful couples I've worked with.
Seriously, this is why I LOVE being a Colorado Winter Wedding Photographer. There truly just isn't anything like it! Nick and Emily are truly such wonderful people. Their love for each other has been so incredibly intentional and prayerful, I just cannot describe how they are truly just such a great team and how they love the others around them. I have also had the amazing privilege to get to know their families. Emily and her mom have both been following my work for years and I truly am just so honored that they quickly emailed me as soon as they began planning. I am so blessed by the time I have spent with ALL of them. I am not sure how I keep getting all of these amazing, loving and kind clients. But I do! The Christmas details were just so wonderfully envisioned. They struck an incredible balance between elegance and coziness and romance. Showing you the photos is honestly the only way I can describe all of these amazing details to you. And Spruce Mountain Ranch's Albert's Lodge was absolutely MADE for incredible winter wedding, cozy Christmas vibes. It was all just wonderful.

Let's all pause for a moment to appreciate that all of these candles are REAL candles and that Nick and Emily had a firefighter on site for the entire time to have them. 10/10 would recommend. You cannot fabricate this vibe with anything else! Funniest part was, they didn't know ahead of time
but their firefighter grew up playing baseball with Nick!
